Yoga has been an awakening journey for me during my time as practitioner, and as a teacher my love for energy healing has grown. I also found when the spiritual body and the physical body is connected we can start the healing process.
While practicing various styles of Yoga, one caught my attention and that was Ashtanga Yoga.
Ashtanga Yoga provided me a powerful mind and body experience. I began practicing daily and that practice turned into a desire to teach Yoga and share my passion.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a run or heavy workout, Yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening and lengthening your muscles. I like to practice vigorous sequences like Slow Flow Vinyasa, Power Flows and Core Yoga.
I am light-hearted and a loving spirit and I hope to inspire you as well as to encourage you. I hope you leave my classes feeling rejuvenated and nourished in the body and soul.
I completed my 200 hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Training at Ally Ford's And Beyond the Pose yoga instructor vinyasa yoga Teacher Training in 2014.
